Ship the first real version. In four to twelve weeks.

You have a problem worth solving and a sketch of what the answer looks like. We turn it into shipped software. Fixed scope, fixed price, your code in your repo on day one.

What's included

Engineering

Backend, frontend, integrations. TypeScript-first. Tests on the parts that matter (auth, payments, data integrity), not on the parts that don't.

Product shaping

One week of scoping at the start. We say no to the features that won't matter at launch and yes to the ones that will.

Deploy + observability

Vercel or your platform of choice. Sentry, Posthog, basic dashboards. You ship from day one, not from a "production hardening" sprint at the end.

Handoff

You get the repo, the env, the runbook, and a recorded walkthrough. We can stay on for ongoing support if useful, or hand it cleanly to your team.

Engagement model

4-week sprint

Single feature

One critical workflow shipped end-to-end. Auth, one core surface, one integration, deploy.

8-week sprint

First usable product

Three to five workflows shipped. Suitable for design partner rollout.

12-week sprint

Public launch

Polished surface, paid plan or free tier, billing, marketing site or onboarding flow, observability tuned.

Who it's for

FAQ

How is this different from a generic dev shop?
We use agentic coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0) every day on our own products. That practice compresses the build, and we pass the compression on to you in shorter timelines and fixed prices.
What if scope changes mid-build?
The base contract is fixed scope and fixed price. New scope is quoted as an add-on, also fixed. We don't drift on hours or surprise you at the end.
What stack do you use?
Default is TypeScript, Next.js (App Router) or Astro, Postgres, Vercel. We adapt to your existing stack when there's a clear reason. We avoid stacks we cannot maintain in production.
